Visa Spain

Every relocation story is unique.
My mission is to make you happy and free you from legal routine and bureaucracy.

Why people choose me?

Specific and precise specialization

I work exclusively in the field of immigration law and legalization in Spain. Without spreading myself too thin in dozens of directions, I offer depth, experience, and a precise understanding of the nuances.

Practicing since 2019

Over the years, hundreds of successful cases and dozens of non-standard situations. Experience helps us act accurately and effectively, even with closed borders and unexpected circumstances.

Communication without templates

No dry formulations. Each client is a different story and an individual strategy in which every detail has been thought out.

International training and Spanish practice

I combine my international legal training with my real-world experience in Spain. This allows me to confidently handle even the most complex transnational cases, where both legal systems must be taken into account.

Personal experience of emigration

Not only do I advise, but I myself have gone through the process of transitioning from being a foreigner to obtaining Spanish citizenship. I know what it’s like to adapt, obtain documents, and integrate.
That’s why I understand not only the law, but also the emotions, doubts, and fears of my clients, and I know how to work with them.

Human approach

Legal support is not limited to documents. My clients know me personally, see me on social media, and can ask me questions directly. I explain complicated things in simple language and accompany each client until the outcome is achieved.

FAQs

What is the NIE?

The NIE is your foreigner identification number in Spain. You will need it for almost everything: from opening a bank account to signing a rental agreement. It is not a residence permit and does not give you the right to reside in the country, but without it, it is impossible to live in Spain.

What is the TIE?

The TIE is a plastic resident card. It shows your NIE, the date of validity, and the type of residence. If the NIE is a number, the TIE is the card itself, the document you carry with you.

What is registration?

This is the registration at the town hall (census) of your place of residence. It is necessary for many procedures: schools, healthcare, renewals. It does not entitle you to a residence permit, but it confirms that you live at a certain address.

What is Social Security?

It is the social security system: healthcare, pensions, employment contributions. If you work officially, it is mandatory to have a Social Security number.

What is a digital certificate?

It is an electronic signature that allows you to submit documents online, check fines, make appointments, and generally make your life easier.

What is the Treasury?

Hacienda is Spain’s tax agency. This is where you file your tax returns, pay your taxes, and verify your tax residence.

What is the Immigration Office?

It is the immigration office where your residence documents, renewals, and status changes are processed.

What is the rate?

It is a state tax. In Spain, almost any administrative procedure involves paying a fee.

What is an appointment?

It is an appointment at a Spanish public institution: police station, city hall, immigration office, etc. Without an appointment, nothing can be done. I usually make the appointment for the client.
